   ATTENTION TEAM MANAGERS...

        WE NEED YOUR HELP!      

We want all out of state teams to feel at home in Cincinnati! Because travel hockey is so costly, we're trying to help take a bite out of some of the expense!  Amy has negotiated some great rates at the local hotels. Whether they're coming in for a weekend game or a tournament, please refer all out of town teams to our CAHA Host Hotel Listing.  This can be found in your Team Manager information binder and on the front page of the website.  I've also linked it below for your convenience. Remind the team to mention CAHA when they make their reservation.  This is the only way to ensure they receive the reduced CAHA rates. 

We want these teams to receive the reduced rates the hotels have guaranteed.  We also want to know how the hotel staff treated them and how they found their accommodations.  Therefore, this season, if you will just take a minute to ask the out of town team manager, parent or coach about their hotel stay and send the feedback to Amy Francis at ajfrancis4@yahoo.com, we would appreciate it.  We want out of town teams and their families to find clean rooms, excellent customer service and reduced CAHA rates.  We provide a great deal of additional business to these hotels and this information will help us weed out any hotel that isn't meeting that criteria.  Thanks in advance for assisting us with this survey.
